2nd Annual Ramps and Rails Festival

The 2nd Annual Ramps and Rails Festival in the Town Square (behind the Depot) is sponsored by the Elkins Welcome Center, the Randolph County Development Authority, the City of Elkins, and the WV Division of Culture and History.   Featuring music by The Ginsangers, Mick Souter, Greg Riordan, and Appalachian Jazz, as well as local food and arts and crafts vendors.  There's also two scenic trains, a one hour roundtrip to Norton and a 4 hour dinner train (for train info and reservations, call 877-686-7245).
